Would this flyleaf grab you? Would you read this book?

When Krystal finds herself in her new town of Lake Geneva, it was suppose to be the big change for her. Can she overcome the bad influences in her life? Or will she forever be in there grasp? Someone is out to get her, but who and why?
Normal doesn't fit into her world but something keeps pulling her to Boyd. Will he be willing to face the storm that follows her?
When Seth appears, he seems to have all the anwers. She learns that spiritual creatures are walking this earth unseen all around. Why does she have this special gift that allows her to see them?
She finds that we are all connected. The past, the present and the future. We are not alone. Krystal has to make the hardest decision of her life. What will be her destiny?

  2. The first four sentences didn't grab me, but it as I read on, I was intrigued. The only problem is most people won't read past the first few sentences.

  3. Hmmmm, it does make me want to read the book, for sure. Unfortunately, I think this is a bit wordy and confusing. I had to read it through a few times. I'm going to think on it a while and get back to you. I'm with Valerie though, love the blog colors and design.

  4. Thats a lot more intriging Julie - I think you are getting closer to what would make ME read the book. Sounds good.I love "will he be willing to face the storm that follws her?" Thats good.
Maybe take out "she learns that" and just go with the rest of the sentence. - keep the "Why does she have...." the next could read: The past, the present and the future is all connected, and we are not alone. Krystal has to make the hardest decisions of her life, will she be able to do it? (instead of destiny) Just a few ideas from the Ole Mom
